Refunds & Cancellations

At TRUTH DNA, once a test has been conducted or DNA kits/supplies have been shipped, refunds are not available.

​

• Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled on the day of service will incur a $75 service fee.

​

• Sample Recollection: In cases where sample recollection is necessary and the participant cannot or does not wish to comply, no refund will be issued, although rescheduling the test is an option.

​

• Estimated Completion Times: Completion times are provided during scheduling and confirmed during testing. While we strive to deliver results promptly, delays may occur occasionally.

​

• No Refunds Post-Testing: No refunds will be given once testing has started
